The ShoeFly Festival takes place at the Old Kingdom Trails’ Nordic Center on Dashney Road in East Burke, Vermont.  Participants (except 1 milers) will receive a ShoeFly Signature Patagonia Long-Sleeve T-Shirt and a finisher’s award.  1 Mile participants will receive a finisher’s award.  

Festival registration includes aid station support, and access to free entertainment and vendors/expo.

Tent Camping is available at Magill Fields, a short walk to the event start/finish/aid station loops.  Tent sites (10×10) cost $20 per night/per site.  Food will be available for purchase at festival food vendors.  Port-a-potties will be located on site.

Entertainment.  Throughout the weekend, we’ll insert local musical talent and emerging local artists to enhance your weekend fun. Some of it will be near the Start/Finish.  Some may even appear sporadically on the trail.  Watch this site for updates as we sneak towards September.

Awards.  While speed invites special recognition, surviving the weekend earns its own respect…an opportunity to dispense treats ‘n gifts ‘n other forms of hospitality for dedicated effort on the dirt.  Ya gotta come play to earn the goodies, and goodies you’ll get!
